Production process
Raw material mixing
Firstly, Mix the wonderful clay with water and cement in the mixing blunger.
Blanking
Cast the slip in the moulds and turn around the moulds so that the slip can fill every corner.
Porcelain body modifying
Check and modify the wet bodies, dry them. Check and dry bodies and smooth the surface.
Glazing
The effect of spraying glaze to the surface of body by spraying glaze sprayer is smooth and smooth.
Firing
Products after glazing will be carried to our kilns for firing. The
temperature is up to 1280℃. After 12 hours of firing they have 6 hours
of cooling.
QC
100% products inspection for each item.
Packing
Packing according to customer’s requirement.
